Creator outreach cost per reply calculator

Enter invites per day, the reply rate you expect, and how many months you are pricing. Each row turns that plan's published monthly fee and send cap into a cost per invite and a cost per reply.

This prices the software subscription, not creator commission or the cost of samples. For a feature comparison of the same apps, read the TikTok Shop affiliate and outreach software roundup.

Cost at your volume

Your sending volume

Sending 50 invites a day at a 5% reply rate for one month totals 1,500 invites before any plan cap applies. Every published cap still covers that volume.

Colaba Basic $59.00 10,000 a month 1,500 $0.04 $0.79
Hubfluence Growth $149.00 10,000 a month 1,500 $0.10 $1.99

Euka bills per workspace. Hubfluence bills per shop. Colaba Agency is priced for five or more shops. Cruva's pricing FAQ asks what to do above 7,500 messages a day, which is where self-serve ends. Scale uses that figure as its cap here. The Scale pricing card does not list a daily limit. Rows for unlimited plans use the volume you entered.

How the estimate is built

A month in this estimate is 30 days. The invite total equals your daily number multiplied by 30 for each month you enter.

A daily cap becomes an allowance by stretching that daily limit across those months. A monthly cap becomes an allowance of one month's limit for each month you enter. Either way, the estimate uses the smaller of the allowance and the invites you requested. An unlimited plan prices the volume you typed.

Cost per invite is the subscription for the whole period, divided by those invites. Cost per reply is that invite cost divided by your reply rate. Enter 5 for a 5% reply rate, which the math treats as 0.05.

Euka's affiliate glossary defines Initial Message Reply Rate as initial messages that got a reply, divided by initial messages sent. The cost per reply in this table is estimated from the reply rate you enter and the plan price. You set that rate in the form.

The same glossary describes TikTok's weekly cap on how many unconnected creators a shop can reach with Target Collaboration invites and messages. Hubfluence's pricing page states that TikTok sets this limit based on the shop's GMV and account standing. Cruva's pricing page counts each unique creator once per 24 hours across email, DM and target collaboration. Follow-ups within an existing thread do not count toward the limit.

Fifty invites a day for one month

The starting table uses 50 invites a day, a 5% reply rate and one month, which is 1,500 invites. Reacher's pricing page lists Starter at $199 a month and 1,000 creator outreach messages a day. That daily limit covers 1,500 invites in the month, so $199 divided by 1,500 comes to about $0.13 per invite, and about $2.65 per reply at 5%.

Hubfluence Growth is $149 a month with 10,000 invites or messages in the month. At 1,500 invites, you are still under that limit. If you enter 400 invites a day, the month totals 12,000. Growth stops at 10,000, while Reacher Starter's daily limit still covers the full 12,000. Colaba Basic is the other published 10,000-a-month plan, at $59 for one shop.

Reacher Starter and Euka Starter

The two Starter plans share a monthly price. Reacher lists 1,000 a day on Starter and 10,000 a day on Pro. Euka's price grid lists 10,000 messages and invites a month on Starter, and unlimited messages, invites and emails on Growth. Sending more than 333 invites a day hits Euka Starter's monthly cap, while Reacher Starter stays within its daily limit. The Reacher versus Euka comparison covers what Growth includes beyond the higher sending limit.

My take

I'd start with Colaba Basic when 50 invites a day is the real volume, because every published cap still covers those 1,500 invites and Basic has the lowest monthly fee. I'd skip Cruva Basic on cost per reply until the pricing card lists a daily cap. If you need more than 10,000 invites in a month, I would move to a daily cap and start with Reacher Starter, so those extra invites still get sent.

A plan with a lower monthly fee can cost more per reply if its cap cuts off part of the volume. Drop the reply rate from 5% to 1% and every reply costs five times as much. You choose the rate.

Outreach cost questions

What is cost per reply on TikTok Shop outreach software?
The subscription for the months you enter, split across the replies your rate implies, once the plan's send cap is applied. You type the rate.
Does a higher-tier plan always lower the cost per invite?
A higher plan lowers the cost per invite when the cheaper plan would block some of the invites you typed. When every plan you are comparing can send the full volume, the lower monthly fee is the lower cost per invite.
Why does Cruva Basic show no cap?
Cruva's public grid lists 5 concurrent automations on Basic and leaves the daily send number off the card. Those cost cells stay unpublished on purpose.
Does this include TikTok's invite limit?
The weekly ceiling on new creators sits outside the software meter, and it follows shop GMV and account standing. Lower the invites field when your shop cannot send the volume you typed.
How is this different from the sample ROI calculator?
The sample calculator starts from the product, the postage and the commission on sales. This one starts from the outreach subscription.
