TikTok Shop holiday shipping deadlines for Q4
TikTok's Newsroom dates the US Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping event from November 12 through December 1, 2025, while fulfillment, samples, returns and campaign signup each have deadlines that start weeks sooner. Register in Seller Center if you want your shop included in that event, keep regular orders In Transit within two business days, and finish creator samples in October so creators can post inside the 14-day window.

What to lock in before TikTok Shop peak week
This week, send the application first, then clear orders waiting to ship, then decide which creators still get a sample.
TikTok Shop Black Friday dates for 2025
Sellers join from Seller Center under Marketing, then Campaigns. TikTok's campaign article shows that path, and it sets two gates for getting in: a Shop Performance Score of 3.5 or higher, and a late dispatch rate of 20% or lower over the last 30 days. You can still raise those two scores in October, before the form goes in.
TikTok can take 5 to 14 business days to review a campaign application. There is no single closing date that covers every campaign. Each campaign lists its own deadline in Seller Center, so apply early enough for that review to finish in time.
Shipping and dispatch deadlines still in force for Q4
For a regular US order, follow TikTok's fulfillment policy. The order starts in Awaiting Shipment. On that page, a carrier scan is what moves the order to In Transit, and the opening rule is about that scan. Tracking has a second limit on the same page. If no tracking number is added and the order never reaches Awaiting Collection, TikTok cancels it five business days after the order enters Awaiting Shipment.
TikTok's delivery article expects an on-time delivery rate of at least 80%, both to match what shoppers were promised and to avoid violations. If more than 10% of orders miss the dispatch SLA, TikTok may take further enforcement action. The 30-day rate in the Black Friday section is the one that decides who can enroll.
TikTok can extend the shortest fulfillment windows for specific holidays, and it tells sellers seven days ahead, in Seller Center, before that extension starts. Until an announcement like that appears, use the standard shipping deadline.
Fulfilled by TikTok ships creator samples with the same service it uses for customer orders. The fulfillment guide compares Fulfilled by TikTok with packing the order yourself. Sellers who send TikTok orders through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment have asked whether a warehouse that takes several days can reach In Transit in time, and whether TikTok Shipping's fee is worth paying on a cheap item. A warehouse that takes longer still has to meet the same deadline.
Returns and fee dates that stretch past December
Eligible US purchases made from November 12 through December 31, 2025 can be returned until February 10, 2026, and the Newsroom post pairs that window with more than 55,000 drop-off locations. TikTok's returns article says that during the holiday shopping season, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, an extended return window applies to most items, and the return window a seller configured is temporarily overridden.
Returns for purchases in that window can continue through the February date above. The referral rate is the one in TikTok Shop fees explained. A refund's administration fee is the line to run in the TikTok Shop fee calculator.
Creator sample planning for Black Friday

Refundable samples and the rest of the rules are in how TikTok Shop free samples work. TikTok's article on handling requests sets three timers. You have seven days to review a free sample request, and if it is still waiting when those seven days end, TikTok cancels it. After you approve, you have another seven days to ship from Seller Center. After delivery, the creator has to post inside the window named at the top of this page.
If you want the post live on opening day, finish the approval and the shipment in October and leave time for the package to arrive.
Sellers in public threads say the shop that sends a free sample pays the postage. Put the October creator list through the creator sample ROI calculator before you approve the wave, so the batch has a sales figure attached.
Best TikTok Shop tools for Q4
Seller Center shows the delivery rate, the 30-day dispatch figure and the performance score from the sections above. Improve those before you enroll. Looking up competitor products, or creators to contact before you send samples, is a separate task. For a ranking of those research tools, see TikTok Shop analytics tools for Q4.
Whether to run shop ads in those same weeks is a separate choice. The GMV Max guide covers the ROI target and how long to leave a setting alone. More seller guides are on the seller guides hub.
If you pause the shop for the holidays
Holiday Mode stops new orders. Orders already placed still have to ship on time, and you still need to reply to customers about older orders. An after-sales request left for 48 hours may be approved automatically, and the queue stays open while the shop is paused.
What I would do this week
I'd start with the campaign form if the shop still meets both enrollment scores above. I'd skip the next sample wave until the calculator says how many orders that batch needs.
I'd note the February return date when working out the margin on orders from that window, and I'd check the refund administration fee in the fee calculator.
The event dates and the return window come from TikTok Newsroom. The dispatch, campaign, sample and Holiday Mode rules come from US Seller University. Comments on warehouse dispatch and sample postage come from public seller threads. See how GMV Ledger researches TikTok Shop policies.
