Creator outreach
Pick TikTok Shop affiliate software by invite caps
Inviting creators by hand falls apart once follow-ups pile up, or once TikTok's own invite ceiling gets in the way. Choose the app by how it counts volume, whether you also need retention or spillover reporting, and which entry plan your margin can carry.

Plan limits below come from each vendor's pricing page. We have not run these tools. Our methodology page explains how we research seller software.
What a TikTok Shop creator outreach tool does
Reacher's homepage describes the job as creator discovery, outreach automation, relationship management, campaign operations and analytics in one affiliate workflow. That is the work these apps take on: finding creators, sending target collaboration invites, DMs and email, tracking samples, and reporting GMV outside Seller Center.
The invites still land in Affiliate Center. Our affiliate setup guide covers open collaboration, target invites, and how commission comes off the payout. The creator section of the main roundup covers samples, commission, and when paid outreach software starts to earn its place.
Pick by the invite meter, then the bill
Reacher counts creator outreach by the day. Hubfluence, Colaba and the Euka Starter plan count messages and invites by the month. Daily caps and monthly caps measure different volumes. Check the number on each card before you compare plans.
The bill is the second split. Hubfluence prices each plan per shop. Euka prices Starter and Growth per workspace. Colaba's Agency plan is the one written for five or more shops, with team subaccounts.
Reacher Starter, Euka Starter and Cruva Basic are listed at $199 a month. Reacher Pro, Euka Growth, Cruva Scale and Hubfluence Enterprise are listed at $599 a month.
Hubfluence's pricing page adds a ceiling the software plan does not control. When the ceiling is TikTok's own daily or monthly invite limit, TikTok bases it on the shop's GMV and account standing. A higher software tier leaves that ceiling where TikTok set it.
Reacher when the daily cap is the bottleneck
Choose Reacher when the constraint is how many creators you can reach in a day, and you want target collaborations and email in the same workflow. AI creator search, automated follow-ups and unlimited daily CRM messages sit on Pro. Automated TikTok DMs sit on the Enterprise plan. Sellers writing about these apps describe Reacher's support as responsive. Read the full Reacher review for the plan limits in more detail.

Euka when creators post once and stop
Euka's pricing page aims Starter at shops under $2,000 in monthly GMV, with a cap of 10,000 messages and invites a month, and it also says outreach and CRM are unlimited during a cold start. Growth removes those message, invite and email caps and adds contests, retainers and Meta ads licensing. That is the retention layer. The Euka review covers contests, retainers and licensed ads. Compare the two if they are the pair you are choosing between.

Cruva when Amazon or Shopify spillover matters
Cruva belongs on a Reacher shortlist when you need Amazon and Shopify halo reporting, or GMV Max ad analytics. Both sit on Scale. Cruva's pricing page limits Basic to outreach, CRM, email, samples and five automations. Every plan includes a 14-day trial and a two-week money-back guarantee.

Hubfluence when the bill should follow each shop
Hubfluence bills each plan per shop. Growth is the entry plan, with a monthly allowance of invites or messages, a separate email allowance and five automations. Business is where AI creator search, social intelligence and Amazon halo tracking show up, at a higher monthly invite allowance. Enterprise lists unlimited invites, MCP connectors and an AI agent. The TikTok ceiling above still applies on every tier. The Hubfluence review goes through each tier.

Colaba when the monthly plan has to stay cheap
Colaba's pricing page limits Basic to one shop and one bot, with a monthly allowance of collaborations, DMs or emails and unlimited CRM messages. Agency is the portfolio plan: five or more shops, unlimited DMs and target collaborations, and team subaccounts. The homepage names TikTok Shops in the United States and the UK. Read the Colaba review for the plan split.

Blazi AI when you want 10,000 invites a day
Blazi's product page advertises up to 10,000 personalized target collaboration invites a day, each with its own message. The homepage describes AI agents for discovery, outreach, sampling and analytics, shows a TikTok Shop Partner mark, and offers a demo. Pricing details are shared during that demo. The Blazi AI review covers that daily invite volume.

Reacher alternatives for the job Reacher is not doing
- Cruva, when you need Amazon and Shopify halo reporting or GMV Max analytics, which sit on Scale.
- Hubfluence, when the subscription should be billed per shop.
- Colaba, when you want the lower monthly plan and you sell in the US or the UK.
- Euka, when the gap is contests, retainers or licensing videos for Meta ads.
- Blazi AI, when the daily invite number on the product page is the one you need. Pricing is discussed during a demo booked from the homepage.
Read the Reacher and Euka comparison when you are deciding between them. The comparisons hub lists the other head-to-heads. The TikTok Shop tools roundup ranks research and outreach tools by the job they do.
My take
I'd start with the Reacher and Euka comparison if you are choosing between a higher daily invite limit and tools that keep creators posting. I'd pick a different app for per-shop billing, a lower monthly price, or Cruva Scale's spillover reporting.
