Head-to-head
Reacher vs Cruva for creator outreach
You are down to Reacher and Cruva for TikTok Shop creator outreach. Both charge the same monthly price on their two public tiers, and each tier includes different tools.
The short answer
Pick Reacher if you need a published daily outreach limit and unlimited CRM on Pro; pick Cruva if you need Scale halo reports and GMV Max analytics.
| Tool | Job | Free trial | Best for | From |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2. Reacher | Creator outreach | 10 days | outreach at volume | $199/mo |
| Cruva | Creator outreach | 14 days, plus a 2-week money-back guarantee | Amazon and Shopify spillover | $199/mo |
Reacher shows a daily limit on every plan
Choose Reacher if the plan must state how many creators you can contact each day, and if you want unlimited CRM messages on Pro. Cruva's higher plan is the one to buy when halo reports or GMV Max ad analytics are what you are paying for. Cruva's lower plan is the one to buy when you want more automations running at the same time than Reacher includes at that price.
Same monthly prices, different tools
Both connect to TikTok Shop Affiliate Center. They handle the repeat work of an affiliate program: picking creators, sending Target Collaboration invites, and recording who was contacted. Reacher's pricing page sells Starter and Pro on monthly billing, and Enterprise is a custom quote. Cruva's pricing page sells Basic and Scale. The monthly prices are the same on both tiers. The tools inside each tier are different.
| What you compare | Reacher | Cruva |
|---|---|---|
| Lower plan | Starter, $199/mo | Basic, $199/mo |
| Higher public plan | Pro, $599/mo | Scale, $599/mo |
| Daily creator outreach | 1,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Pro, Max on Enterprise | Basic lists no daily number. Scale is the highest plan you can buy without a sales call. The FAQ covers shops that need more than 7,500 a day. |
| How a contact counts | A daily limit on the plan | One creator per 24 hours, across email, DM and target collaboration. Follow-ups in an existing thread are not counted again. |
| Automations at once | 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 30 on Enterprise | 5 on Basic, unlimited on Scale |
| CRM messages | 1,000 a day on Starter, unlimited on Pro and Enterprise | CRM is included on Basic. Cruva does not publish a daily CRM cap. |
| AI creator search | Pro and Enterprise, with automated follow-ups and Target Collaboration cleanup | Scale, including lookalike search |
| Campaigns and reporting | Pro adds campaigns, advanced analytics, exportable analytics and a dedicated Slack channel | Scale adds a creator community with no stated cap, usage rights requests and priority support |
| Amazon, Shopify and ads | Not listed | Scale: Halo Effect reports for Amazon and Shopify, plus GMV Max ad analytics for ROI, CPA and ad spend |
| TikTok DM automation | Enterprise only | A DM to a new creator counts toward the daily limit. Cruva does not name a separate DM plan. |
| Middle price | None between Starter and Pro | The help center lists Growth at $399/mo. The public grid shows Basic and Scale, and the article leaves Growth's features unstated. |
| Above those plans | Enterprise, custom price | Scale is the highest plan you can buy yourself |
| Also on the lower plan | The outreach, automation and CRM rows above | Email, a message center, sample requests, an analytics dashboard, and a database of 4 million-plus affiliates |
What you get at the lower price
On Starter, Reacher gives you a daily outreach limit, a few automations running at the same time, and a daily cap on CRM messages. AI creator search, automated follow-ups and Target Collaboration cleanup start on Pro.
On Basic, Cruva includes outreach, a CRM, email, a message center, sample requests, an analytics dashboard, and the affiliate database in the last row of the table. It also runs more automations at once than Reacher does at that price. Basic's daily outreach number is unpublished. The only ceiling in the FAQ is the one for Scale, so that number is not Basic's limit.
What you get at the higher price
On Pro, Reacher raises the daily limit, removes the cap on CRM messages, and adds AI creator search, automated follow-ups, Target Collaboration cleanup, campaigns, advanced analytics, exportable analytics and a dedicated Slack channel.
Automated TikTok DMs are on Enterprise only. If those messages are part of the work, Pro does not include them.
On Scale, Cruva makes automations unlimited and adds AI creator search, including lookalike search. The plan adds Halo Effect reports for Amazon and Shopify, and GMV Max ad analytics for ROI, CPA and ad spend. It also includes a creator community with no stated cap, usage rights requests and priority support.
Scale is the highest Cruva plan you can buy without a sales call. Shops that need more daily contacts than the FAQ ceiling have to ask for a plan that is not on the public page.
Cruva's middle price is in the help center
Cruva's billing article lists a Growth plan between Basic and Scale, for sellers who are scaling outreach, at a price below Scale. The public pricing page shows Basic and Scale. The article describes Scale as full automation, with unlimited messaging and premium AI features. It leaves Growth's features unstated, so the only way to learn what that plan includes is to ask at checkout.
Reacher's page about Cruva still uses plan names that Cruva's current pricing page has dropped. For Basic and Scale, use Cruva's pricing page. For the middle price, use the billing article.
How Cruva counts one creator
Cruva counts each creator once in a 24-hour window. Email, a DM and a target collaboration request to that creator all count as one contact. A follow-up in a thread you already started is not counted again. Reacher's limit is a daily total for the plan. Cruva's rule is the one that skips follow-ups in a thread you already opened. A shop that mostly replies inside existing threads will use Cruva's limit more slowly than a shop that only contacts new creators.
TikTok's invite limit still applies
Hubfluence's pricing page describes a limit that applies to both tools. TikTok sets its invite limit based on the shop's GMV and account standing. That limit is separate from the software plan. Upgrading raises the software allowance. TikTok's limit stays tied to the shop's GMV. A new shop can hit TikTok's limit while the software plan still has room left.
Seller comments disagree
There are few comments, and they point in different directions. One small brand reported sending a large number of Cruva invites and getting almost no replies. Other comments say creators ignore mass invites because their inboxes are full of messages from outreach tools. A separate thread describes Reacher as a fit for a larger team and mentions fast support. Nobody has published a test of both products on the same creator list. You can check the plan table. Your reply rate still depends on the creators you contact.
Which plan to start with
Reacher is where I would start if you need the daily limits in the table and unlimited CRM messages on Pro. Read the Reacher review before a trial. Buy Cruva's higher plan if you are paying for the halo reports or the ad analytics. Buy Cruva's lower plan if you need the extra automations and you can work without a published daily number.
If the other tool you are considering is Euka, and you care about contests and retainers after a creator posts, read Reacher vs Euka. The affiliate software roundup ranks the other outreach tools by their invite limits. Use the plan picker if you are not sure outreach is what you need. Reacher: what holds up and what does not
What works
- Published daily outreach limits per plan: 1,000 on Starter and 10,000 on Pro
- Automates Target Collaboration invites, DMs and email from one place
- Creator CRM with sample tracking, and AI review of sample requests on Pro
- Clear plan table on the pricing page, and the vendor names its markets (US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland and more)
What to watch
- AI creator search, automated follow-ups and campaigns sit on the Pro plan, so Starter is mostly volume outreach
- Few independent user reviews yet for a tool founded in 2024, so most proof comes from the vendor's own case studies
- Automated TikTok DMs come only with the Enterprise plan
Cruva: what holds up and what does not
What works
- Basic includes outreach, CRM, email, a message center, sample requests, five concurrent automations and a database of 4 million affiliates
- Scale adds AI and lookalike creator search, unlimited automations and a creator community with no stated cap
- Every plan includes a 14-day trial and a two-week money-back guarantee
What to watch
- Halo reporting and GMV Max analytics are on Scale, so Basic is outreach and CRM without that spillover view
Where I would start
Reacher
Reacher is the pick if you run a TikTok Shop affiliate program and need to send thousands of creator invites a day without doing it by hand.
