## Shoplus review: what to use now
Shoplus was a TikTok analytics tool for sellers and creators. It closed on September 19, 2026, so this review covers what it did, what users reported, and which tool replaces it for each job.

The short answer
Shoplus shut down in September 2026, so we no longer recommend it. Former users can move to Kalodata, FastMoss or EchoTik for the same TikTok product research.
[See what replaces Shoplus](/alternatives/shoplus)
##### What works
* Hourly-updated TikTok product sales data, as its homepage described it
* Screens for products, influencers, videos and shops in one account
* Free registration and a trial that required no card
* Sub-accounts for teams on the two higher plans
##### What to watch
* The service ended in September 2026 and the refund window closed on October 4
* Sales figures were estimates, and one review blog said figures for single products could be off by 20 to 30%
* Roundups cited several user reports of inconsistent data accuracy
* Thin outside proof: one Trustpilot review and none on G2 by mid-2026
### You saw Shoplus on a list. Here is what happened to it
You found Shoplus in a 2026 roundup of TikTok analytics tools, or you still have a login and the dashboard no longer loads. Both lead to the same place. [Shoplus's own notice](https://www.shoplus.net/404) says the company ceased operations and all related services on September 19, citing "challenges in global policies and business conditions."
There is nothing left to buy and no account to open. The lists that still rank it were written before the notice was published, or were never updated afterwards.
### What Shoplus did while it ran
Shoplus described itself as a TikTok analytics tool for sellers and creators who wanted to track trends, find product opportunities and watch competitors. Its homepage promised hourly-updated data on TikTok product sales, and its FAQ named the areas it covered: influencers, products, videos and shops. The app's sidebar matched that, with screens for Products, Influencers, a Creator Center for viral videos, songs and hashtags, and Shops.
Registration was free and the trial needed no credit or debit card. The paid plans differed in how many entries of each ranking you could see, how many detail pages you could open a day, and how many teammates could share the account.
### What to use instead, by the job you used Shoplus for
The three product research tools we still cover each replace a different part of Shoplus.
* **Picking products from sales history.** [Kalodata](/reviews/kalodata) keeps the longest view of what a product, shop or creator has sold, and its trial runs a week with no card. It has no outreach automation, so you contact creators through another tool.
* **Finding creators and studying ads.** [FastMoss](/reviews/fastmoss) puts product, creator, LIVE and ad research in one tool and hands you creator contact details, the closest match to Shoplus's influencer screens. One independent test found its GMV estimates optimistic.
* **Watching LIVE broadcasts on a small budget.** [EchoTik](/reviews/echotik) has a Free plan with no end date and a dedicated LIVE screen, though its cheaper paid plans cap history at 30 and 90 days.
If two of them fit, [Kalodata vs FastMoss](/compare/kalodata-vs-fastmoss) sets the two closest side by side, and the [TikTok Shop tools we still recommend](/best) are ranked by job.
### What users said while it was live
Independent feedback on Shoplus was always thin. Its [Trustpilot page](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/shoplus.net) held one review, from a user named Kayla who sold beauty products: "If you're a TikTok seller of beauty products, it's so helpful to keep track of TikTok trends, discover potential products to sell, or find the approriate influencer to promote your products!"
The critical notes came from write-ups. A [Toolsurf review](https://www.toolsurf.com/shoplus-review-2026-tiktok-analytics-product-research-tool-group-buy-2026-premium-access-for-just-0-99/) warned that "individual sales figures may be off by 20-30%", and a [Trenz roundup of TikTok Shop analytics tools](https://www.trenz.ai/resource/best-tiktok-shop-analytics-tools) said "multiple user reports mention inconsistent data accuracy." The same site's [FastMoss alternatives guide](https://www.trenz.ai/resource/fastmoss-alternative-tiktok-shop-tools) added that "Shoplus has zero reviews on G2 as of mid-2026."
That record no longer decides a purchase, but it sets the bar for a replacement. Every tool on this site estimates sales from what it can see, so I would treat their figures as a rough guide and compare products against each other before trusting any single number.
### Shoplus pricing: the last three plans
These are the plans [Shoplus's pricing page](https://www.shoplus.net/pricing) listed before the shutdown. None can be bought now. Paid users still inside a billing period could claim a refund until October 4, and that window has closed.
| Plan | Per month | Ranking lists | Detail views | Sub-accounts |
| ------------ | --------- | ------------- | ------------ | ------------ |
| Basic | $39 | Top 100 | 100 a day | None |
| Premium | $49 | Top 300 | 300 a day | 2 |
| Professional | $79 | Unlimited | Unlimited | 5 |

##### Trend and product discovery ↑ frequently praised
The only Trustpilot review, written by a seller of beauty products, praises Shoplus for tracking TikTok trends, spotting products to sell and finding influencers.
> “Go for it! If you're a TikTok seller of beauty products, it's so helpful to keep track of TikTok trends, discover potential products to sell, or find the approriate influencer to promote your products!”

##### Sales numbers as estimates
A third-party review treats Shoplus sales figures as rough approximations and says the number for a single product may be off by 20 to 30 percent.

##### Data accuracy ↓ common complaint
Before the shutdown, a 2026 roundup cited several user reports of inconsistent data, and the same site found no Shoplus reviews at all on G2.

### Changes to this review
* 2026-10-19 We published this review after Shoplus's discontinuation notice, with its last plans, what users reported and a replacement for each job.
### Shoplus questions
Is Shoplus still available?
No. The company stopped all services in September 2026, and its site now shows a discontinuation notice instead of the app.
Can I still get my Shoplus plan refunded?
The refund period in the notice ended on October 4, 2026\. It covered paid users who were still inside an active service period.
What replaced Shoplus for TikTok product research?
Kalodata for sales history, FastMoss for creator contacts and ad research, and EchoTik for LIVE data with a free plan.
Were Shoplus sales numbers accurate?
Only roughly. A review blog warned that a single product's sales could be 20 to 30% out, and a 2026 roundup cited user complaints about inconsistent data.
Did Shoplus have a free trial?
It did until the shutdown: sign-up was free and the trial did not require a card.
How much did a Shoplus plan cost?
It had three monthly tiers, Basic, Premium and Professional, listed in the plan table on this page. None is on sale any more.
