The short answer

Scale is where Cruva adds Amazon and Shopify halo reporting and GMV Max ad analytics on top of creator outreach.

##### What works

* Basic includes outreach, CRM, email, a message center, sample requests, five concurrent automations and a database of 4 million affiliates
* Scale adds AI and lookalike creator search, unlimited automations and a creator community with no stated cap
* Every plan includes a 14-day trial and a two-week money-back guarantee

##### What to watch

* Halo reporting and GMV Max analytics are on Scale, so Basic is outreach and CRM without that spillover view

Basic is the working desk: outreach, a CRM, email, a message center and sample requests, against a database the pricing page puts at 4 million affiliates, with five automations running at once. Scale lifts the automation cap and adds lookalike search. The same tier is where Amazon and Shopify halo figures and GMV Max ad analytics show up. A 14-day trial applies to every plan, and the pricing page also offers a two-week money-back guarantee.
