The short answer

Pick Reacher if you need clearly capped, high-volume creator outreach with sample review and exportable analytics; pick Euka if keeping creators posting through contests, retainers and licensed Meta ads matters more than raw invite volume.

[Reacher](/reviews/reacher): outreach at volume

[Euka](/reviews/euka): creator retention

### The short version

Both platforms take the manual work out of a TikTok Shop affiliate program: finding creators, sending Target Collaboration invites, chasing replies, approving samples and seeing GMV per creator. Reacher publishes exact daily limits per plan and puts AI sample review and exportable analytics on Pro. Euka builds the second half of the program: dynamic segments, contests, retainers and licensed creator content for Meta ads.

### Outreach volume

Reacher's limits are daily: 1,000 outreach messages on Starter, 10,000 on Pro, and Max on Enterprise, with 3, 10 and 30 automations running at once. Euka's Starter limit is monthly, 10,000 messages and invites, and it is aimed at shops under $2k of monthly GMV, with unlimited outreach during that cold start. Growth removes the cap.

Normalise before you compare. 10,000 a month is about 330 a day, a third of Reacher's Starter allowance. A brand recruiting hard in its first months gets more invites out of Reacher at $199\. A brand already past $2k a month needs Euka Growth to escape the cap, and Growth costs the same as Reacher Pro.

### Finding the right creators

Both index 4M+ creators. Euka searches by plain-English brief or by a reference image, and ranks creators by GMV. Reacher keeps AI creator search for Pro and Enterprise, matching on video content, style and demographics. Run the same three searches in both trials and count how many results you would actually invite.

### After the first post

This is where Euka pulls ahead. Its contests run monthly GMV or posting challenges with automatic leaderboards, retainers fix a number of videos per period, and outreach agents fire on conditions such as a delivered sample or a GMV milestone. Licensed content goes straight to Meta ads, with the creator paid a share of spend, revenue or a flat fee.

Reacher covers retention with creator campaigns (retainers, challenges and contests), a custom-branded creator community and an AI chatbot, mostly on Pro and above. It lists no Meta ads publishing.

### Plan clarity

Reacher's pricing page lays out 29 rows of features by plan. Euka's pricing page lists features per plan, but several homepage features carry no plan label, and usage rights appear only under Enterprise. Reacher's own comparison makes the same point, which is worth discounting since it is the vendor's page, yet the plan tables bear it out.

### Who should pick which

Pick [Reacher](/reviews/reacher) if your problem is volume: more invites, follow-ups and sample requests than your team can handle, and you want to know exactly what each plan allows. Pick [Euka](/reviews/euka) if creators sample and then go quiet, or you want their videos running as paid Meta ads. Agencies should price Euka's Agency plan, since per-workspace pricing adds up across shops.

### My pick

For a brand choosing its first affiliate tool, I would start with Reacher Starter: more outreach per dollar at the entry price and a 10-day trial with published limits. Move to Euka when retention becomes the bottleneck, and ask in its demo which plan carries contests, retainers and usage rights before you sign.

### Reacher: what holds up and what does not

##### What works

* Published daily outreach limits per plan: 1,000 on Starter and 10,000 on Pro
* Automates Target Collaboration invites, DMs and email from one place
* Creator CRM with sample tracking, and AI review of sample requests on Pro
* Clear plan table on the pricing page, and the vendor names its markets (US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland and more)

##### What to watch

* AI creator search, automated follow-ups and campaigns sit on the Pro plan, so Starter is mostly volume outreach
* Few independent user reviews yet for a tool founded in 2024, so most proof comes from the vendor's own case studies
* Automated TikTok DMs come only with the Enterprise plan

### Euka: what holds up and what does not

##### What works

* Search creators by plain-English brief or by a reference image
* Contests with leaderboards and retainers with guaranteed video deliverables
* License creator videos and publish them to Meta ads from the same platform
* Starter allows unlimited outreach and CRM during a shop's cold start

##### What to watch

* Starter caps messages and invites at 10,000 a month and is meant for shops in their first months of sales
* Plan placement of several features is not spelled out, so ask in the demo which plan includes what you need
* Priced per workspace, so agencies with many shops pay per shop unless they negotiate the Agency plan

Where I would start

### Reacher

Reacher is the pick if you run a TikTok Shop affiliate program and need to send thousands of creator invites a day without doing it by hand.
